The wine is crafted from the finest grapes grown in the estate’s organic vineyards, set within 600 hectares of natural reserve, surrounded by cork oak landscapes and abundant flora and fauna.
The organically farmed vineyard is trained on a unilateral cordon system using a vertical trellis.
The oldest vineyard, located beside the palace, features a higher planting density per hectare and a more artisanal, garden-like approach. All work is carried out with great care, without the use of machinery.
The newer vineyard, though similarly modest in size, allows for selective mechanisation, supporting and easing the work carried out by hand.
Biodiversity is an essential part of the vineyard, where native vegetation and wildlife exist in harmony with the vines.
